Jesse Kellerman

Jesse Kellerman is an award-winning novelist whose work spans literary thrillers, mysteries, and crime fiction. He has published five solo novels and six novels in collaboration with his father, bestselling author Jonathan Kellerman. His solo debut The Brutal Art won the 2009 Grand Prix des Lectrices de Elle for best crime novel. In 2024, Kellerman teamed with his longtime friend Owen King to create Self Help, a five-issue California noir comic series published by Syzygy Publishing at Image Comics, with art by Marianna Ignazzi. The series follows a down-on-his-luck rideshare driver who steals the identity of a famous self-help guru and gets trapped in a web of criminal activity.
